Set up meeting with clients to understand company profile, organization structure, corporate culture and human dynamics.
2 Conduct sourcing exercise & manpower matching.
3 Evaluate candidates with multiple assessment techniques which include test, questionnaires and situational exercises.
4 Conduct reference checks(for the last five years or not more than three positions) to solicit former employer¡¦s views on candidates¡¦ attributes, i.e. performance, personality and integrity.

Keep track closely with candidates after their commencement of employment and review with clients to see if they could fit in organization
